I am so sick of him being on my ass about money. After all this time you would think he would be able to simply add up our bills, estimate our weekly grocery spending (which doesn’t fluctuate by more than $10-$15), then relax when he discovers that we’re fine.
But no. Instead, he has his head up his ass, as usual.
I spend a dime, he’s on my ass about it. I look at something on Amazon and he’s hovering over me, snarling out, “What’s that?”. He follows behind me in the grocery store, adding up our spending total, item by item, loudly and in a pissy manner. He accuses me of spending money on “crap” and “stuff we don’t need”, yet sees for himself that I am buying grocery items, household items, baby items. He checks our bank account multiple times a day, then starts ranting and raving if he doesn’t immediately recognize a particular transaction.
Yet he doesn’t want to take over the budgeting. The one time he did he let shit slide left and right.
Somebody stop me from wanting to take his head and slamming it into a wall repeatedly.

Money is a hot button issue with all couples. When I get married, I hope that me and my potential wife will be able to handle our financial troubles with open minds and hearts.
