Daniel and I went and saw a house today. We put a deposit on it. And filled out paperwork. And now we’re praying. The realtor seems very optimistic, and thinks that between my so-so credit and Dan’s income, we’ll get it. The payments are about $75 more than we planned on, but we’ll deal. We’ll cut corners wherever we have to.
The home is a rancher style. Three bedroom, living room, kitchen with separate eat-in area, 1.5 bathrooms, laundry area, shed. Everything is in excellent condition, and there’s new carpeting and fresh paint.
