My son is a lazy turd. At nearly eight months of age (he’ll be eight months on the 26th – Monday) he is finally beginning to sit up unsupported.
See?
I don’t know why it’s taken him so long. He’s just perfectly content with laying or rolling around (he still isn’t crawling), or being held, or sitting in his swing, seat or exosaucer.
Come to think of it, Alyssa was kind of the same way. But I could swear (I can’t check for sure because her book is over at the house) she was sitting up by now! And I know for a fact that she was standing and walking by nine months.
When did your child(ren) sit up unsupported? Please tell me I’m not the only one with a little slug.
