HP makes some great products, as far as I’m concerned. And their support is wonderful. Any time I have had a problem they have been very quick and helpful. They have replaced two printers, a hard drive and a keyboard, no questions asked. They also replaced my mother’s 19″ LCD monitor and mouse, no questions asked.
