A cool dude named VC Dan works with venture capital funds and runs his own blog, floridaventureblog.com. Recently he asked bloggers to “be [a] VC” and find the newest and coolest companies and/or sites and/or tools that are popping up on the internet.
So here I am, VC Jenn, looking to get exposure and drive traffic to two cool websites I’ve come across recently.
The first is free411.com. free411 is free directory assistance. I don’t know about you, but I get tired of paying $1.25 per 411 info request with my cell phone provider (T-Mobile). I have an internet-capable Sidekick 2 which could easily and quickly load up free411.com. It may take me a few more minutes to get the number I’m looking for, but at least it’s free!
The second cool site I found is loowa.com. loowa is like MySpace, Virb and Vox rolled into one, with even more features, and a quickly growing list of members.
