Dear Wachovia:
YOU SUCK.
Last Thursday I deposited a check for $831.00. Then, very early Sunday morning, I deposited another check for $275. Come Monday, both checks showed as being cleared. This is a good thing, since we have transactions coming through. Yet my available balance never updated to reflect the deposits, even though they showed as being cleared.
So I called Wachovia. They’re saying there is a hold on the $831 check, and oops, looks like your online banking houldn’t be showing the check as fully deposited, but we’re not taking responsibility for it.
Oh, HELL no. I’m heading down to Wachovia in the morning, and heads are going to roll if this isn’t fixed. I am NOT paying a bazillion NSF fees.
