After throwing up a few more times and sending Dan on a late night run for some maximum strength Pepto-Bismol (which I took three doses of, chasing that down with a dose and a half of Nyquil), I slept through the night and woke up exhausted, but feeling much better. Oy.
I’m enjoying a little break from the kidlets right now. I’m at my mom’s house. In exchange for dragging my sorry self over and unhooking her cable boxes, she agreed to take Alyssa out to dinner with her, my brothers and my grandfather (known to Alyssa as Me-mom (Grandmom), Susef (Yusef), Anr (Amr) and Be-bop (Grandpop, even though he’s her great grandfather)). Ry is napping. And I’m enjoying the fairly uninterrupted peace and quiet.
I’m browsing around sites, checking out PPP, and also checking out prices on laptop parts. I need a new battery and a new touchpad. Ugh.
