Dear T-Mobile,
DIE.
Long story short: At the end of February, an unauthorized handset upgrade was charged to my account. It was mailed out… to the wrong address. I found this out on March 8th, when I called in to pay my bill and found out that I supposedly owed over $500, rather than my normal $70 – $90. I disputed the handset upgrade and immediately pointed out T-Mobile’s shipping address error.
Two weeks ago my service was suspended due to my past due balance of $519 (the handset upgrade). The girl I spoke with submitted a fraud form and unsuspended my service.
Fast forward to yesterday. My service is now “canceled” because my bill is over thirty days past due. Again, what’s showing on my bill? Dun dun dun… the $519 for the handset upgrade. Called T-Mobile. Went through the whole song and dance of what’s going on, who I spoke to, and how the phone that I did not order was shipped to 123 instead of 456, and yes, I realize that my current address is showing as 789, but that is because I moved from 456 to 789 in March. And by the way, that phone you guys shipped to 123? I haven’t lived at 123 since last July.
DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE.
