Yesterday Ryan and I reached an awesome milestone – nine months of breastfeeding. My ultimate goal is a year. From there? I’ll definitely work on transitioning him to a sippy cup, but at the same time I’m not going to cut him off cold turkey. This upsets Dan, as he has it in his head that Ryan will stop at a year exactly, but oh well. Going cold turkey would be traumatizing for Ryan and myself. We’ll work through it, one day at a time.
