With terms like “0% balance transfers” and “no interest financing” and “low interest rates” and 0% credit cards being thrown around all the time, it’s no wonder that credit cards are so commonplace. Credit cards are accepted just about anywhere, and for some retailers and companies are actually the preferred method of payment.
I admit to having and really loving my credit card. They are quick and convenient. I also feel safer carrying thousands of dollars with me that is accessible only by a credit card, rather than a wad of cash. If I’m robbed, I’m out the cash, but with a credit card, I can simply call and report it stolen, and not be liable for any charges. I love the security that offers.
