Cream of wheat is one of my favorite breakfast foods. I swear, I could eat my weight in cream of wheat and probably not get sick of it. I’m making some right now, actually. The best way to make it is with all milk and on the stove, rather than in the microwave. But be careful – when heated milk tends to roil up and boil over the top of the pan, making for one big, sticky mess and an icky, burnt smell.
God, I’ve been so tired lately. I wish I knew what was the matter with me. Either I’m pregnant, or my iron is low. Chances are it’s the latter, since I had my tubes clamped right after I had Ryan.
