Alyssa has been requesting Spongebob. She loves “Bob Bob”. She sings the song all day long, and would probably watch Spongebob 24/7 if I let her. What is it with kids and Spongebob? The shows of today are so incredibly obnoxious, stupid and tasteless… is it these negative qualities that make them so attractive? Is it a parent’s dislike of them that makes them so appetizing?
Ugh. I’m kind of cranky today. I had more than enough sleep but I still feel very sleepy. I haven’t gotten anything done, even though there is a bunch of stuff I need to get done. God, I am such a slacker at times. It’s amazing I got as much accomplished as I have already!
