A customer who pays faithfully month after month
I thought that by moving to a new location one benefit, among other things, would be more reliable service. After all, we would have a direct line to the connection, rather than having another household hooked into us on shitty, old, decrepit cable lines.
No such luck.
Our services acted up again tonight. The internet was fine, but the cable has been whacked. I haven’t been able to watch any channels since about 8:30pm, and the DVR shows I have saved are going in and out.
Grrr…
And calling? There’s no use. They’ll tell me there’s no problem they’re aware of, no outage they can see on their screen. If I push they’ll agree to send a tech out, who will show up late, if he even shows up. Once here, he’ll walk around, inspect the lines, deduce that nothing is wrong, and leave.
Sigh.
