Dan left for work around 2:30, and not five minutes later the power went out. I felt like screaming. Forget having no television to watch or internet to surf, I wanted to get to work on Ryan’s scrapbook! I could get photos organized and resized on my laptop (yay for working laptop batteries!), but I couldn’t print. Sigh. So, after running around and closing the blinds and drawing the curtains (trying to keep things as cool as possible and keep the air cool for as long as possible!), I went into the bedroom to organize some clothes that were piled in a corner.
The power came back on about an hour later. Yayness.
I still haven’t gotten to work on Ryan’s scrapbook. It’s a Classic Pooh scrapbook kit that I picked up from Target last night, but I think I need to take it back. It is supposed to come with fifteen sheets and sheet protectors, which it has, but it doesn’t have fifteen of the fancy Classic Pooh scrapbook pages. There are only six. Six?
Bwahaha. I’m watching Judge Judy, and she just totally put this guy in his place. He brags that he’s God’s gift to women and has a big bank account. Judy responds with, “A big bank account often makes up for other shortcomings” while demonstrating with her hands a short length. BWAHAHAHA. Judy rocks!
