I have to say, real estate is one business I would never want to get involved in. While I’d imagine the comissions and such are rewarding, I would not want the stress of having to show and sell houses.
On the flip side, I certainly enjoyed the real estate market when we were house buying. We must have been dream buyers for our realtor – quick to decide, easygoing, and very eager to get the down payment in!
