My name is Jenn, and I'm a 27 year old married and babied chick. In addition to a husband, a seven year old daughter, and a five year old autistic son, I also have four cats, three hermit crabs, two frogs, a few fish, and one snorty little Pug. I work from home doing a variety of writing and even some web design. I love blogging, digital photography and web design.
I swear, money burns a hole in my pocket. In a little over 24 hours I have managed to go through about $2000. But, in my defense, about $1200 of that was for bills. The rest went to shopping – a new car seat for Alyssa to have in my car, food, household supplies, and other things that we needed. Oh, and some things that we wanted.
I’m in the middle of giving Dan a new wardrobe. He hasn’t bothered to shop for clothes in years. And when I say years, I mean YEARS. Anyway, while I was out tonight I picked up a pair of boot cut wrangler jeans in a dark denim wash, and a blue, gray and brown striped collared short-sleeved shirt. He looks SO good in both. Yes, I came running right home and made him try both on. He has such a nice ass… and in jeans? I can’t resist grabbing it! 
And Wachovia is on my shit list right now. My mom was with me while I was out shopping, and asked if I could front her the money for her purchases, and she would pay me back on Monday morning when she went to the bank. I said sure, no problems. Well, she bought a lot of stuff – household stuff, some food and school supplies for my brothers. The total was just under $500. I swipe my Wachovia issued debit/credit card. Tried on the credit side twice, declined. Tried on the debit side twice, declined. Panicked (“Where the fuck did all of money go!!!!?!?”), I ran over to the ATM. “Unable to complete transaction. Please contact your bank.” I check my balance on my cell phone (I heart internet enabled cell phones with REAL internet browsing!). Unavailable. So I call Wachovia. Apparently they are doing some sort of system upgrade that shouldn’t affect customers and their ability to use their debit/credit cards, but apparently it is. Grr. Major, MAJOR grr.
