My name is Jenn, and I'm a 27 year old married and babied chick. In addition to a husband, a seven year old daughter, and a five year old autistic son, I also have four cats, three hermit crabs, two frogs, a few fish, and one snorty little Pug. I work from home doing a variety of writing and even some web design. I love blogging, digital photography and web design.
Maybe it’s simply because I’m tired, or I’m simply amused by simple things, but the following has made me giggle since I first saw it in the grocery store about an hour ago:

I did a cool Mommy thing tonight. I whittled down our to-buy list to only the necessary items, and then went a step further and whittled off some not so necessary things. I put the extra money towards buying Alyssa a swing set! To say she is thrilled is an understatement. She has been pestering me for a swing set for several weeks now, so it felt really good to take her to Toys ‘r Us today and show her the brochure of the swing set we chose. It is sitting in its boxed glory in our yard, awaiting Dan’s ministrations first thing tomorrow morning.
I’m tired. SO tired. TOO tired for someone who slept eight hours and didn’t wake up until noon. Ugh. What is WRONG with me?
