Hello!

My name is Jenn, and I'm a 27 year old married and babied chick. In addition to a husband, a seven year old daughter, and a five year old autistic son, I also have four cats, three hermit crabs, two frogs, a few fish, and one snorty little Pug. I work from home doing a variety of writing and even some web design. I love blogging, digital photography and web design.

About Kitty.nu

Kitty.nu has been around for several years. Once upon a time it was home to my personal blog (you can find that over at Jenn.nu), but it now serves as an outlet for my domesticated and wifey type ramblings.

Lazy

Category:

Right now I am feeling and acting very, very lazy. So lazy, in fact, that I am in bed and using my laptop. However, I am actually laying down, fully reclined and on my side, while using my laptop that rests on a laptop stand and tray next to the bed. Yes, I am that lazy. But dammit, I earned it! Yesterday was a very, very busy day, and I came home last night and crashed once it was all over. Would you like to hear about my hectic day yesterday? Let’s see…
9am: wake up, curse when I realize I overslept. Yell for my brothers to get up and get dressed and be ready to go to school.
10am: leave to take my brothers to school after several delays.
10:15am: drop my twelve year old brother off at his middle school
10:30am: drop my nine year old brother off at his elementary school, after taking nearly twice as long to get there from the middle school, thanks to what must have been the slowest moving truck in history.
10:40am: arrive at my mom’s. Make several phone calls, tackle her virus laden laptop in an attempt to fix it.
12:00pm: rush out to drive thirty miles to my grandfather’s nursing home to pick up my dad. Stop for food, stamps and money on the way
2:00pm: leave the nursing home.
2:30pm: drop off my dad at my house, instruct my husband to take him and our daughter to my mom’s house on his way to work. We leave with Ryan to go do more errands.
3:30pm: arrive at my mom’s lawyer appointment
4:45pm: leave the lawyer’s office, rush to get to an ATM so we can get back to the court house to pay for paperwork by 5pm
4:50pm: ATM/card issues. No money for us!
5:20pm: stop at the bank for money
5:40pm: crash at my house for much needed naps
7:30pm: do laundry, wake up Ryan and my mom. Rush around to run out the door to buy something for dinner
8:30pm: leave grocery store
9:00pm: get back to my mom’s, make dinner for everyone
11:30pm: go home, put the kids to bed, put trash out, straighten up
1:00am: bedtime!
