		<description>IMHO I wouldn&#039;t use WEP or WPA for your wireless network. I would use  WPA2-PSK. WPA2-PSK is currently the most secure wifi encryption scheme available to the average user. But the only problem with that is Dan&#039;s DS. The Nintendo DS ONLY supports WEP so if you upgrade to anything more secure Dan&#039;s DS will no longer be able to connect to the internet. 

As for the programs not exiting a friend of mine swears by SPB Mobile Shell:

They offer a 30 day free trial. I would give that a shot and see if it works well for your needs.
