I’m so sleepy right now. I wanted to stay up to enjoy the company we’re having over – Dan’s twenty-three and nineteen year old brothers C and K – but I’m so sleepy, I don’t know how much longer I can keep my eyes open for. Right now the boys are having fun playing Guitar Hero III, while I’m working on some writing, bonding with Simon and trying to keep my eyes open. We were going to have strawberry dacquiris, except that we realized we had only one ice cube left. Whoops. And you know, I love how everyone looks at ME when there’s no ice. ME, the one person that DOESN’T use ice. Geez. What am I, a mind reader? I’m not a keeper of the freezer, monitor of the ice cube bin.
I think I’ll go play some Sodoku and call it a night. After I peel my contacts out of my eyes, of course. I napped in them earlier, and woke up with my eyelids sticking to them. It was not a very pleasant sensation!
