Our property is so blah. We’re doing a good job at fixing our house up on the inside, but now we need to work on the outside. I’m dying to implement landscape lighting around our walkway, along our house and driveway, but Dan wants to wait until we take care of the very expensive improvement – new deck – before we do any “accessorizing”. He has a point, to a certain extent. But I’m tired of stumbling in the dark!

Yeah I think you should get the light first, but I’d do all the inside stuff before I do the outside, you can only look forward to using the deck during the nice days, but other wise it sits and ages with the weather. But nothing beats a new bathroom or kitchen or bedroom.
