An online friend recently “downgraded” from a house to a condo. I use the term “downgraded” loosely, because the condo they chose from all of the available condos for sale in their area is absolutely amazing. Did you know condos have two floors? Well, that one does! A huge living room with a grand entrance, a dining room with a lovely chandelier, second floor, two or three bathrooms… I swear, that condo looks more like a house than some houses I know of!
