A little over a year ago we received an eviction notice, and were suddenly faced with the need to delve into the deep waters of real estate. I still can’t believe that we managed to find and buy a house in a short amount of time – about three weeks from when we first started looking for homes to the point of when we signed our names on the loan.
Now that we’ve been living here for almost a year, I can safely say that it’s nice to not have to worry about moving any time in the foreseeable future!
