My name is Jenn, and I'm a 27 year old married and babied chick. In addition to a husband, a seven year old daughter, and a five year old autistic son, I also have four cats, three hermit crabs, two frogs, a few fish, and one snorty little Pug. I work from home doing a variety of writing and even some web design. I love blogging, digital photography and web design.
The mixture came out rather fluffy looking. More like a cheese souffle than the bubbly, cheesy goo I was expecting. It was tasty, but not quite the consistency I was looking for. I may try the recipe Alex recommended in the last blog entry. I had thought about Velveeta initially, but when I looked around for “Taco Bell nacho cheese recipes”, that was a highly recommended one that I found. Meh. It was tasty! There’s a lot left, so I may invite my mother, grandfather and brothers over tonight for tacos and nachos.
And…lol! Ryan has Alyssa’s toy horse (the kind with the large stuffed head on a wooden pole) turned upside down, and he is vacuuming my rug with it. Now he’s mopping the kitchen floor. Good thing I mopped the floor myself last night, because the horse is white!
