Dear Spring,
It’s awesome that you’re right around the corner, but it’s kind of sucktacular because along with spring and the famed and dreaded spring cleaning, comes the urge for all things shiny and new. Dan and I were at Lowes today, and with your fresh scent in the air, I kept fantasizing about having new doors and screen doors, building our deck, buying patio furniture, and in general spending lots and lots of money on things we don’t really need, but things we most certainly want.
I could stick to our budget and check out discount furniture, but you and I both know that I love all things NEW. New, new new.
Alas, we will have to buy just one thing at a time.
