My name is Jenn, and I'm a 27 year old married and babied chick. In addition to a husband, a seven year old daughter, and a five year old autistic son, I also have four cats, three hermit crabs, two frogs, a few fish, and one snorty little Pug. Someone please assure me that three and a half is not when kids start giving up their naps! Alyssa has been very anti-nap lately. It’s really getting on my nerves. Not so much because I expect that she should be sleeping, but I expect her to stay in her room and have some quiet time for those two hours. That isn’t too much to ask or enforce, right? But she doesn’t stay in her room. She keeps popping out, and I’m starting to get really aggravated. I’m sorry, but there’s no way you HAVE to use the bathroom eight times in one hour.
I need to think up something for dinner tonight. I also need to go and buy it, which sucks because I don’t feel like dragging out to the grocery store today.
Also, I think I’m going to ask Dan to put in the AC unit tonight. At least here in the living room. It’s supposed to be 74 degrees tomorrow. Today, it’s maybe 65, and it’s STUFFY in here. Yuck!
