Several months ago PayPerPost sent me a Valentine’s Day gift pack. Included with the swag was a bumper sticker. I put it aside, knowing I wanted to use it on my car, but that I didn’t, under any circumstances, want to attach it directly with the adhesive. So I kept meaning to buy those magnet strips that are adhesive on one side… but I kept forgetting. And forgetting. And forgetting.
Until last night, when I was out at the store and finally remembered.
While no vehicles were harmed with the application of the bumper sticker, I did manage to harm myself. While I was cutting strips of magnet, I managed to snip open a deep, V-shaped gas in my thumb, due to me not having enough clearance between my thumb and the end of the scissors. It hurt like a mofo. It still does, actually.
