My name is Jenn, and I'm a 27 year old married and babied chick. In addition to a husband, a seven year old daughter, and a five year old autistic son, I also have four cats, three hermit crabs, two frogs, a few fish, and one snorty little Pug. I work from home doing a variety of writing and even some web design. I love blogging, digital photography and web design.
My day was such a Mom type day. My mother came over this morning. We intended to go out together, before my husband had to leave for work (it’s nice to get out without two toddlers in tow!), but wound up spending several hours talking, making productive phone calls, and typing up a letter or two. So when we did finally get out, the toddlers were definitely in tow.
We went to Wal-mart. Ugh, ugh, ugh. I hate Wal-mart. Ghetto, dirty, loud, busy, obnoxious. Plus, I hate paying any money into that company, knowing how they treat their employees like absolute shit. :/ But I did spend some money there… around $40, but still. I wish I would have put that $40 into Target’s pocket instead!
Over half of that $40 went to mini-blinds. I really need to find a way to make the mini-blinds hands-off to both the kids AND the cats!
