I would love to participate in a cookie swap! Last week I baked cookies (two varieties), cookie bars and peanut butter fudge for Dez, Anna and Shannon. It took me several days to get the stuff baked, because I had issues with butter that was too soft and then cookies that got burned (thanks to Dan moving the oven rack down a notch and me not noticing!), so even though I initially wanted to bake and send out the stuff by Tuesday, I didn’t get it out until the following Tuesday. Oh well.
