Alyssa is at my mom’s for the day and night. Originally she was just going to be there for a few hours while Dan and I took Ryan to an appointment, but my mom decided to just keep her overnight instead, especially since Alyssa loves being with her and my brothers so much.
And… Ryan is sleeping.
My husband’s sisters are spending a few days with us, but they’re teenagers, so they’re amusing themselves with each other, the TV, our video games and our computers.
It’s so quiet right now, and peaceful. I could easily fall asleep and nap for several hours. But I am really going to try and resist that urge, so I can go to sleep later tonight!
