My name is Jenn, and I'm a 27 year old married and babied chick. In addition to a husband, a seven year old daughter, and a five year old autistic son, I also have four cats, three hermit crabs, two frogs, a few fish, and one snorty little Pug. Until last Sunday, I hadn’t gone mini-golfing since I was pregnant with Alyssa. I don’t remember much about going that day, except it was hot (we went in May!), I got sunburned, and I was dying of thirst afterwards. I also have vague memories of a mini-golf course that was situated between a Burger King and a playground in Philly. I think I went with my Girl Scout troop.
Anyway, Dan and I went with his siblings last Sunday. The six of us had a blast. Since there were six of us, it obviously took a while for us to make it around the twelve hole course, especially since some (okay, about half!) of us sucked. I think I came in third or fourth place. Did I tie with one of Dan’s sisters? I can’t remember.
Dan and I went again last night, with Jason. Since there were only three of us, it didn’t seem to take as long to make it around the entire course. We had fun, and I came in dead last with 61. Hey, it wasn’t my fault that I scored a 6 on three different holes! I did get a hole-in-one though… without even trying! I just randomly swung the club, and poof, the ball made it right into the hole. Go me and my bad self. 
You’re thinking about it wrong. You don’t say you came in DEAD last you came in 3rd place last night! We should goto the Village Green sometime next week. It’s been FOREVER since I’ve been there!
LOL! The last time I went mini golfing it was with the ENTIRE CAST AND CREW of a panto I was in, between the matinee and the evening performances. It took us FOREVER to get around the course, and the groups playing at the same time as us were none too impressed!
Large mob + mini golf = EPIC FAIL.
