The bane of my existence:
I generally do 4-5 loads of laundry per week. Two loads of dark clothes (Dan’s, mine), one load of light, one white, and one load for the kids. I use a triple sorter basket for our clothes, and add the kids’ white clothes and light clothes to ours before doing everything up. So the sorting isn’t an issue, since it’s pretty much done as we go through clothing. The washing and drying part isn’t bad either: I really don’t mind putting loads of clothing in and out of the washer and dryer. It’s the FOLDING that I hate. I hate folding, I hate putting things away.
As you can gather from the photo, I will sometimes slack on folding, and let several loads of laundry build up before tackling it all. In that photo, approximately four loads of laundry waited for me. It took me approximately an hour to get it all sorted, folded and put away. It probably would have taken less time, except that I was busy watching Wife Swap at the time.
