My name is Jenn, and I'm a 27 year old married and babied chick. In addition to a husband, a seven year old daughter, and a five year old autistic son, I also have four cats, three hermit crabs, two frogs, a few fish, and one snorty little Pug. I work from home doing a variety of writing and even some web design. I love blogging, digital photography and web design.
So we had our pool party last night. We had a lot of fun. There’s nothing like having the whole pool to yourself. 
Let’s see… there were a lot of us gathered. Dan, Alyssa, Ryan, myself, Danielle and Matt, Jason, Dan’s brother K, Dan’s brother C and his girlfriend C, Dan’s sister M and her friend B, and my mom, my two brothers and my grandfather. Sixteen of us. Not bad!
The water was cold. I jumped right in, because there’s no use trying to get acclimated to water that cold. The last week has been unseasonably cool, with temps not going past 80-82. And many nights have gotten down in the 60′s. Last night was no exception! The party ran from 8pm-11pm, and I was FREEZING MY ASS OFF when I got out of the water at 11pm. And of course all of the towels were wet and cold!

Looks like you had a great time. I miss not having a pool. Just be glad the water wasn’t in the 50′f ‘s or below as that’s about ocean/tap water temp.
So did you reserve the local pool? I didn’t know you could do that!

@Julia yes, we were able to reserve the pool! $80 an hour. It was well worth it.
Wow, thats awesome. I don’t think our pool does that.. I might have to check now!
