My mother-in-law is in desperate need of drug rehabilitation/drug rehab. She has been an alcoholic for years, and for the past year or so has also been dabbling in drugs. I honestly wouldn’t give two craps about how she chooses to throw away her money and her life, except that she has fifteen and sixteen year old teenage girls relying on her for food, shelter and basic care.
People like that make me ill. When you’re a parent, you need to put aside your own selfish needs and tend to the needs of the children that didn’t ask to be born, but nevertheless are here.
