Apparently, it doesn’t take very much alcohol to give me some sort of hangover the next day. I went to the bar (I say the bar because it’s always the same bar, which is the one Dan’s brother’s girlfriend’s father owns) with Dan in May, again in early September and a third time last night. All three times I drank moderately. The first time, I think I had one or two mixed drinks. The second time, I had a shot, two mixed drinks and a large quadruple type shot at the end of the evening. Last night I had one shot and one mixed drink, and a few sips of wine and a tiny swig of straight gin later on.
All three times I have woken up the next day feeling very fatigued and fighting off the urge to sleep, regardless of how much sleep I’ve gotten the night before.
And to think, Dan doesn’t think I drink enough and wants me to drink more. I’d hate to see how that would turn out! I’d probably be unconscious.

I agree with you, I think it’d be silly to drink any more than you usually do, if the amount you drink currently has this kind of effect on you!
