Three of the blinds in our house are getting pretty trashed. That’s three too many, considering how many times I’ve replaced them since moving here almost two years ago. *sigh* I need curtains that are more durable and resistant to kids, cats and now a dog. I have always thought bamboo shades were quite pretty, but those are too big of an expense to risk having around children and pets! My mom suggested aluminum shades, but I know firsthand from my grandmother that cats can eventually chew through them as well.
What window treatments do you use in your home? Which ones seem to last the longest around kids and cats?
