The insanity of Christmas begins. Coming home from Thanksgiving dinner last night, I spotted at least six different homes during the thirty minute drive that had their Christmas lights strung up and lit. Today, people are going batshit crazy over the BF sales. Locally, a clerk was slugged with a baseball bat when he wouldn’t let a customer purchase more than his allotted share of a certain item. In New York, a Walmart employee was killed when he was trampled by more than two hundred people.
You people are crazy. You’re disrespectful to the Thanksgiving holiday and what it means to us as a country by pushing for Christmas earlier and earlier, and you’re ridiculous if you think taking a human life is worth the savings on a flat screen TV or portable GPS system.
It’s because of crap like this that I absolutely refuse to get caught up in anything related to Black Friday.
