My name is Jenn, and I'm a 27 year old married and babied chick. In addition to a husband, a seven year old daughter, and a five year old autistic son, I also have four cats, three hermit crabs, two frogs, a few fish, and one snorty little Pug. kitty.nu is getting a makeover. Of course, I first need to find a theme that I like. Although at the rate I’m going — taking several days to find a theme, throw one up, then decide if it’s worth tweaking the hell out of — I’d probably spend less time just making a theme. Eh, we’ll see what I can come up with over the weekend. Though somehow, I doubt I’ll be able to come up with much, since tomorrow I am:
1) taking Leah to a Pug dog meet up near Philadelphia
2) visiting with my thirteen year old brother for a few hours
3) dyeing Easter eggs with Alyssa and Ryan
and Sunday, of course, is Easter! Dan is working early in the morning, but as soon as he gets home we’ll give the kids their Easter baskets. And then we’re going to his aunt and uncle’s house, to visit with them, his sisters and brothers, and to enjoy an Easter egg hunt with the kids and dinner with everyone.
I do like this particular theme, even though it’s rather LJish. But I think I’ll stick with it. Because it’s so plain, there’s so much I can do with it!
Anyway, if you’ll excuse me, this domestic kitty has some laundry to attend to. You know, I really miss the baby crib bedding days. Crib sheets and blankets were small. Twin-sized sheets and full-sized comforters? Not so small!
