My name is Jenn, and I'm a 27 year old married and babied chick. In addition to a husband, a seven year old daughter, and a five year old autistic son, I also have four cats, three hermit crabs, two frogs, a few fish, and one snorty little Pug. So Dan and I were checking out mulch tonight. I have to admit, our outside property is quite boring. We have a swing set for the kids, a grill, some toys, and one lonely little azalea bush (a gift to me for Mother’s Day). I want to have a few more azalea bushes all in a nice little row, and we also want to mulch everything around the azalea bushes. So we were checking out mulch, and the local grocery store has a sale — 3 bags for $13, or buy 6 and get 1 free. So 7 huge ass bags of mulch for $26? I could certainly go for that. 
I swear, one of these days we’ll do something with our yard. I want to get a table set (complete with chairs and comfy outdoor pillows, of course) and I’d love a large wooden swing. I could also go for a sandbox for the kids!
I’m always weary of cheap mulch. Cheap = cheap.
I need mulch, too. Mine looks disgusting.
