Watching my weight is a pain in terms of keeping careful track of calories and fat grams. I track my consumption at my-calorie-counter.com, and there are days when I eat more than I should in one sitting, which means that I have less to use later in the day. Right now I’m quite hungry, so I think I’m going to go see if I have any rice cakes in the kitchen cabinet. Those are quite tasty, and have only 35 calories apiece, and absolutely no fat grams. Whoo hoo!
But first I want to finish up doing some torrent searching. I’m also looking for some maternity clothes recommendations to give to a plus-size friend of mine. When you’re plus-size, it’s hard to find decent “regular” clothing, let alone specialty items such as plus-size clothing!


You should check out http://weightwatchers.com. Alot of my plus-sized friends used it and lost alot of weight. Just a suggestion
Its not a true diet like you see out there and you don’t have to practically starve yourself!
The only bad thing is you have to pay for it :\
