My name is Jenn, and I'm a 27 year old married and babied chick. In addition to a husband, a seven year old daughter, and a five year old autistic son, I also have four cats, three hermit crabs, two frogs, a few fish, and one snorty little Pug. I work from home doing a variety of writing and even some web design. I love blogging, digital photography and web design.
I have a thing for purses. I’m picky about them. I need something with a long strap (I dislike purses that you can’t put up your arm and over your shoulder), and I like deep bags that provide plenty of space for my stuff, the kids’ stuff, extra diapers, a bottle of water, etc. And when I do find a purse I like? I buy it, even if I already have one (or five or ten).
Since the beginning of the summer I have been using this, only in pink, and then in white with a green floral design. I just recently switched to this spiffy hobo (I have the khaki with pink/salmon/green pattern — not shown on the website).
Waiting in the closet for me is a khaki hobo bag, and two fall bags: this sleek barrel hobo I saw at Target yesterday, and a brown Fashion Bug hobo that features pink, purple and orange flowers.
I also have the purse shown in the following photograph. I used that purse all last winter, and I LOVED it. Still do, actually!
What kind of purse do you prefer? For me, my standards aren’t too high: something big enough to hold everything AND the kitchen sink, and a strap long enough that lets me fling the purse over my shoulder without a second thought.
