We’re a pretty oral hygiene conscious household, though I freely admit to sometimes slacking on brushing my teeth twice a day. But I brush and floss first thing in the morning, and I brush or rinse with mouth wash if I happen to nap (bacteria build-up is at its worst when you’re asleep). Dan brushes and flosses twice a day religiously, and the kids brush twice a day and use kids’ flossers (also from Dentek — thanks Dentek!).
The most recent addition to our teeth care collection is Dentek’s Complete Clean Textured Easy Sliding Floss. Their complete clean floss differs from other types of floss in that it is made up of two individual strands of floss that have been roped together. The result? A thicker, stronger piece of floss that easily dislodges debris, without injuring your gums or breaking from the pressure of being pulled back and forth across the surface of your teeth.
