The List of Random Kitchen Utensils that I Need

I have a decently stocked kitchen in terms of pots, pans, baking dishes, cookie sheets, smaller square pans, storage containers, appliances and utensils, but every now and again I go to use a particular utensil that I then realize I don’t even have. Tonight, for example, I realized I don’t have a baster. Really? Who doesn’t own a baster? Us, apparently. What’s weird is we had a baster, which is why I went to get it to make the dispensing of cupcake batter in mini-cupcake liners easier and less messy. So now I need to buy a baster!

The one item that irks me that I don’t have here is a whisk. I need a whisk. UGH!
