Hello!

My name is Jenn, and I'm a 27 year old married and babied chick. In addition to a husband, a seven year old daughter, and a five year old autistic son, I also have four cats, three hermit crabs, two frogs, a few fish, and one snorty little Pug. I work from home doing a variety of writing and even some web design. I love blogging, digital photography and web design.

About Kitty.nu

Kitty.nu has been around for several years. Once upon a time it was home to my personal blog (you can find that over at Jenn.nu), but it now serves as an outlet for my domesticated and wifey type ramblings.

Hair, hair, hair

Category:

This morning I got some spam emails about Rogaine and hair loss treatment reviews. C’mon now. Whoever did that has a sense of humor with a bit of a mean streak. My hair loss is seriously getting worrisome, though as of yet I can’t really see a difference. But when you’re cleaning major wads of hair from your brush every 1-2 days, you’d get concerned, too.

Here is my hair in all of its beautiful glory, prior to surgery:

And here it is now:

Maybe it’s just me, but I swear, I do see a bit of a difference! Or maybe I’m just paranoid…

Hair loss, the irregular periods, it’s all part of the after surgery effects, and I PROMISE you, it all gets better.

I lost some major hair after my last surgery, I mean MAJOR hair. It was falling out when I shampooed it, falling out when I conditioned it, falling out when I brushed it, it was horrible.
I cleaned clumps of hair from the shower drain after every single shower, I cried over it, big time.
I had some wicked long and thick hair, within about 3 months after surgery, it was thin and much shorter.

I promise though, after a few more months when your body gets back to normal, the hair loss will stop. I promise. *smile*
