My uterus needs an off switch.

I’m not sure what my body is up to. On January 23rd, 2010, my period started, right on schedule. It ended on the 26th, which is about three days earlier than I expected it to end. But hey, I figured the massive weight loss (almost 90 lbs. in just nine months) had something to do with that, counted my blessings and moved on.

On February 1st, I started bleeding again. It was on-again, off-again for a few days, then off. Then I got sick at the end of last week, and my period started up again. I was at my sickest over last weekend and into the beginning of the week, and my period has been constant and heavy ever since. And not to be too gross, but I’m now at a point where it’s painful (before it wasn’t; if it weren’t for the “evidence” I wouldn’t have even known I was bleeding) and I’m passing more clots than blood. Blech.

So yes… anyone want to point me in the direction of an off switch? If not, help me figure out how to install one. My uterus needs to stop acting like the Energizer Bunny!

I feel your pain. Mine has been doing the exact same stupid bullshit for like the last 3 or so weeks since I’ve been sick. I’m beginning to wish for menopause. hahaha

Lucky, I get painful cramps during my period and I shed A LOT of clots. And when I have to poo, the cramping gets even worse. To the point where I’m crawling to the bathroom.

The only thing I really do is take Midol and hope for the best lol!
