It took me an hour and a half, but I vacuum-sealed all of the damn meat sitting in my fridge. In addition to the meats I mentioned in the last blog entry, there were also seasoned chicken breasts, beef & stuffing roll-ups, chicken croquettes, and burger patties with cheddar cheese and bacon in them. It took me TWO FREAKING ROLLS (and a pre-made bag) to vacuum-seal all of that. Sheesh. My freezer is also exploding at the seams. But the good news is that I shouldn’t have to buy a single hunk of meat — unless we want something special — until after my birthday (which is just six weeks away — what are you people getting me?!).
I checked with HP today, and my dv7 laptop is on its way back to me. I sent it to them for repair last week after having some weird battery issues pop up (namely, that an eleven month old battery won’t hard a charge beyond 41% or so — it just completely dies at that point). HP only kept it for 24 hours before sending it back to me (it’s ETA is May 7th), which kind of worries me… did they find something? Did they fix it? Did they just replace the battery? Did they replace the whole damn laptop? DETAILS PLEASE TO BE HAVING. The update email from HP says nothing, of course.
Ugh, my eyes are driving me crazy. Effing allergies. I really need to get these contacts out!

Try not to worry. HP is stinkin’ fast at repairing laptops- which is good, of course, albeit unnerving. I don’t think they had my laptop for more than 24 hours either.
