My name is Jenn, and I'm a 27 year old married and babied chick. In addition to a husband, a seven year old daughter, and a five year old autistic son, I also have four cats, three hermit crabs, two frogs, a few fish, and one snorty little Pug. Saturday 9: Go Your Own Way
1. When was the last time you were told to go your own way?
To be honest, never. I have never been told to go my own way, or told anything that would even closely boil down to “go your own way”.
2. What one experience has strengthened your character the most so far?
Becoming a parent, most definitely. Having a child, being responsible for that child, raising that child in this crazy world, doing your best for your child while still retaining your sense of self, really does a number on your character.
3. What’s your favorite thing to do on a rainy day?
Sleep in! Or maybe plan a baby shower. Party planning is always fun.
4. How long can you go without your cell phone?
Less than a few hours? Haha. Not so much for the phone calls or even for the texting, but so I can keep tabs on emails and tweets (I love me some Twitter!
5. Do you wish you were somewhere else right now?
I wish I was in bed. I’m tired. *whimper*
6. Of all the people you’ve ever known, who have you most feared?
Feared…? As a child I was afraid of my mom’s boyfriend. He had a violent streak. :/
7. Do people tell you that you look your age?
For the most part. When I was younger I was told I looked older. That’s cool at 14 and 15. At 24, 25, and now 26? Not so much! Thankfully, no one has said that to me.
8. Your ex shows up randomly at your house, what do you say?
Dude, it’s been ten years…?!
9. Do you believe everyone deserves a second chance?
In some cases. For child/spouse/animal abusers, molesters and rapists, absolutely not.
