When I was around eleven years around, I discovered Lisa Frank. I went absolutely crazy for her designs. I showed up for my first day of fifth grade with a Lisa Frank trapper keeper (yes! Those things were beyond awesome!), dividers (decorated with LF stickers, of course), folders, pencil case, colored pens and pencils, crayon box, and the little doo-dads that go along with elementary school — erasers, glue stickers, rulers, etc. I’m pretty sure everything was tucked inside a snazzy Lisa Frank backpack, too. I’m sure that if the internet were around then, I’d be babbling excitedly about my Lisa Frank collection to anyone who would listen on live chat software.

I also had a bunch of Lisa Frank stationery, which I used to write letters to friends and make cards for family members:

I’m sure my grandfather was thrilled with the choice of colors. Rainbow overload, anyone?
